Create a new template
Create your own document templates in just a few simple steps! With SignSafe, you can easily transform paper forms into digital documents that your patients, clients, subcontractors, and employees can complete on any device—phone, tablet, or computer.
To create a template, simply copy the document's content from a text editor (e.g., Word) and paste it into SignSafe. You can then mark the spaces to be filled in and specify the type of data to be entered, such as the date, PESEL number, or a field for manual text entry. You can also define the areas requiring an electronic signature.
The ready-made template will allow your recipients to quickly and conveniently fill out and sign the document online, and the finished PDF file will automatically be sent to you!
Use the pattern
Use ready-made document templates and prepare them for signature in just a few moments!
Click "Prepare document for signature", and then select "Use template".
Select the appropriate template from the available list – the system will automatically complete the document according to its structure.
Now all you need to do is designate the recipients to complete and sign it. Done! The document is ready to be sent and signed online.
Identify document recipients
Select the people who will sign and complete the document!
In the section "Choose the people who need to sign the document” indicate the recipients who will receive the document for signature.
You can:
✔ Select individuals by entering their details manually.
Use the list of saved contacts if you frequently send documents to the same people.
Send a document to multiple recipients simultaneously by creating and selecting recipient group.
After selecting recipients, click „Go to the next step”to continue the delivery process.

Last step before sending!
On this screen, you will see a preview of the final document with the fields to be completed and signed highlighted. If a person needs to sign the document in multiple places, you can choose one of the following options:
✔ Copy one caption to all fields – the signature will be automatically placed in each assigned location (default option).
✔ Require a separate signature on each field The recipient will have to sign separately in each designated place.
After clicking "Send for Signatures", the system will display a shipping confirmation to ensure that the document is delivered to the correct recipients.
Signing the document
Signing documents has never been easier!
Recipients will receive an email with a link to the document and a unique security code to open it.
They don't need to register or download any app.
Sign the document:
✔ They log in with their email address (auto-suggested) and the code received by email.
✔ Fill in the required fields in the document.
✔ Sign on your phone, tablet, or computer.
